Paul is a Shareholder and the Chairman of Lowry Capital Management. Paul is responsible for Lowry Capital's portfolio strategy and business development.
Lowry Capital Management is the second investment firm started by Paul. From 1976 to 1990, he founded and operated Lowry Financial Service Corporation, a NASD registered introducing Broker/Dealer overseeing approximately $400 million in client accounts, subsequently acquired by Pacific Mutual Life Insurance Co.
Paul joined Lowry Research (then Lowry's Reports) in 1964 as Director of Research and advanced to the Presidency in 1972. Over the past 50+ years he has earned the distinction of being regarded as the Dean of Supply/Demand analysis. Paul has been a distinguished member of the Market Technicians Association, serving as its President from 1997-1999. He was honored as the winner of the very prestigious Charles H. Dow Award in 2002, based on his long recognized expertise on the study of 90% market moves, which is only one of the unique elements to the Lowry Analysis. Paul was honored in 2009 as the Technical Analyst of the Year by the Technical Analyst Magazine of London. Paul is also a co-founder of the American Association of Professional Technical Analysts (AAPTA).
Joffre is President and Shareholder of Lowry Capital Management. In that role, he oversees the construction and management of client portfolios, attracting new clients, and servicing existing clients' needs. Additionally, Joffre is responsible for the firm's compliance with applicable regulations.
Joffre’s career spans over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Starting as a Certified Public Accountant, he served technology and entrepreneurial companies helping them with accounting and business needs. Then, as a corporate finance leader at a Fortune 500 company, he expanded his management knowledge and experience. And, finally, since starting at Lowry in 2010, he has developed an in-depth knowledge of the Lowry Analysis and the application of the Law of Supply and Demand to equity markets.
Joffre holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Indiana University – Bloomington and a MBA from Vanderbilt University. Additionally, he CFO/COO of Lowry Research Corporation.
John R. Smith is an Executive Vice President with Lowry Capital Management focusing on client relations and business development.
John has over 50 years of experience in the securities business as a broker, branch manager, owner of a Broker-Dealer and Investment Advisor, and as an executive for market research companies. Additionally, John has provided expert witness testimony for compliance issues in the securities industry.
John’s list of civic activities is lengthy and includes Chairman of the Economic Council of Palm Beach County and Chairman of BIZPAC of Palm Beach County.
